The Astron Doornfontein project marked the complete construction of a new service retail station, encompassing both the fuel station and convenience store. Theta Projects was entrusted with delivering every aspect of the project, from initial design concepts to on-site execution, ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. Theta Projects was appointed in the project records as Architect, Principal Agent and Project Manager.
Our responsibilities included architectural design, statutory approvals, consultant coordination, contract administration, construction monitoring, quality assurance, programme management, and client liaison. We ensured the project was delivered in accordance with Astron Energy’s operational standards, regulatory requirements, and strict health and safety protocols, resulting in a modern, efficient, and fully compliant retail fuel facility.
