Yes. Fuel station project management can begin after planning or construction has already started. Theta first reviews the current programme, contracts, drawings, approvals, outstanding decisions and site progress before defining the corrective actions needed to regain control.
Changes are recorded, priced and reviewed before implementation wherever possible. Theta coordinates the architect, quantity surveyor, consultants and contractors so the client understands the cost, programme and operational consequences before approving a variation.
THETA identifies the cause, agrees corrective actions, monitors recovery commitments and escalates unresolved performance or quality issues through the relevant project and contractual processes.
Yes. Retail fuel project coordination often involves several decision-makers with different technical, commercial and brand requirements. Theta establishes responsibilities, information deadlines and approval routes so conflicting instructions do not reach contractors unchecked.
Useful information includes the site location, project stage, intended scope, available drawings, budget, target completion date, appointed consultants, contractor status and known risks. For petrol station project management, THETA also needs to understand brand approvals, trading constraints and fuel-system responsibilities.
The appointment can include close-out, defects tracking, outstanding certificates, final documentation and coordination of corrective work. The exact post-completion role is defined in the agreed service station construction management scope so the client knows which responsibilities continue after handover.
Whether you’re planning a new site, upgrading an existing station or rolling out multiple stores, we’ll help you.
With over 20 years of industry expertise, THETA Projects has successfully delivered over 500 projects across industrial and commercial sectors.
We design and execute projects that are custom-fit to each client’s requirements, ensuring personalized solutions that align with both budget and goals.
