This comprehensive project involved a variety of specialised tasks, all aimed at creating a safe, functional and visually appealing fuel station and convenience store. Theta Projects managed the programme from design and 3D visualisation through to final construction, so that the new Econo identity was delivered consistently across the whole site.
Theta Projects oversaw each phase of the Econo Brits development, from design and pre-construction visualisation through to construction management and final handover of the fuel station and convenience store.
The goal was a high-quality, client-aligned build that met both functional and regulatory standards while establishing a fresh retail identity for Econo.

Constructed modern fuel pumps with integrated systems.
Developed a custom convenience store layout for customer flow.
Created 3D renderings for pre-construction visualization.
Conducted detailed site surveying for safety compliance.
Installed lighting and signage to enhance site visibility.
Designed optimized traffic ingress and egress for smooth flow.

Modern fuel pumps were constructed with integrated systems, delivering a forecourt that is safe, efficient and ready for high-volume trade from the day the site opened.

A custom convenience store layout was developed around customer flow, with the OK Express and Steers offerings planned to work together within the new Econo identity.

Detailed site surveying was conducted for safety compliance, with lighting and signage installed to enhance visibility and traffic ingress and egress optimised for smooth flow.
3D renderings were created for pre-construction visualisation and detailed site surveying was conducted for safety compliance, giving Econo a clear picture of the finished site before any groundworks began.

Modern fuel pumps with integrated systems were constructed beneath a new canopy, with lighting and signage installed to enhance site visibility and traffic ingress and egress designed for smooth flow.

A custom convenience store layout was developed around customer flow, with the Steers restaurant and entrance hall finished to specification and the project completed on 12th September 2019 after a six-month programme.
